Make a list of questions that you have to discuss on your first visit.
List signs and symptoms that can be of importance to the therapist.
Have in writing key past medical history, previous treatments, current medications, and other important information.
Please call one of our offices to verify your insurance benefits.
Bring a copy of your insurance card and a photo ID with you.

What you should expect from your first visit with us:

Expect your movement, strength, coordination, and more to be evaluated. Please inform the therapist if anything is painful.
Our therapist will prepare a treatment plan to ensure quick recovery and discuss it with you.
Treatments may begin on the first day, but your full plan starts on your next visit.
Schedule your series of visits at the front desk. Prime times fill fast, so plan ahead.
Our therapist will share the findings and treatment plan with your referring physician.
