Nicholas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Frostburg State University in 2006. Following graduation, he entered the health and fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer, gaining valuable experience in developing programs to address client goals, correct muscular imbalances, and improve overall well-being.

Professional Background
Nicholas graduated from Montgomery College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program with an Associate’s in Applied Science degree in 2016. He has worked in outpatient physical therapy since 2009, allowing him to blend his knowledge of performance training and corrective exercise to create unique treatment plans.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Orthopedic Section of the APTA. Nicholas has completed specialized training in Manual Trigger Point Therapy, Evidence-Based Manual Therapy, and Self Care techniques. He intends to pursue future career options in the field by becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
